Compounder/Mixing Operator – Join Our Skincare Production Team
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoy being part of a team that creates high-quality skincare and cosmetic products? We’re looking for a Compounder/Mixing Operator to join our Australian manufacturing facility and help bring our products to life.
The Role
As a Mixing Operator, you’ll play a key part in producing skincare and cosmetic batches, operating equipment safely, and keeping our production area clean and organised. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure every batch meets the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
- Manufacture skincare and cosmetic products according to approved procedures and QMS standards
- Operate mixers, blenders, and other production equipment safely
- Move materials around the facility (forklift operation required – LF licence essential)
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and work areas
- Identify and report safety hazards or equipment issues
- Support your team and assist with other production tasks as needed
Who You Are
- Holder of a current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Experience in production, batch manufacturing, or processing (cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industry preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- A team player with good communication skills
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
- Speaking Chinese is a plus but not essential

Pay: $29.28 – $53.03 per hour
