ABOUT THE ROLE
6-month contract | Full time| Hybrid (3 days, Sydney City)
We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Officer to help build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities. This role is all about identifying, qualifying and nurturing leads, you will be supporting our sales teams to convert opportunities into results. If you enjoy research, outreach and building relationships, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
In this role you will:
- Identify and generate new leads across priority channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect data (CRM)
- Support campaigns and outbound outreach activity
- Engage prospects via phone, email and digital channels
- Partner with Sales to hand over high-quality opportunities
- Track and report on lead activity and conversion
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in lead generation, sales support or customer engagement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and organised approach
- Confidence working with CRM systems and data
- A proactive mindset with a focus on outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
