Full-time – 6-Month Contract

Reporting to the Housing Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative support across tenancy and property functions, helping ensure the smooth and compliant operation of BaptistCare Affordable Housing services.
Working closely with the Housing Services Worker and Housing Project Worker, you will maintain accurate records, support tenancy processes, liaise with key stakeholders and contribute to improvements in systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining accurate tenancy, property and operational records.
Reviewing and improving electronic filing and record management systems.
Supporting annual rent reviews, renter surveys and tenancy documentation.
Assisting with regulatory reporting, compliance and audit requirements.
Developing and updating templates, procedures and administrative processes.
Coordinating meetings, correspondence and general housing administration.
Liaising professionally with renters, suppliers, regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
Contributing to projects that improve systems, processes and housing service delivery.

You are an experienced administrator who takes pride in accuracy, organisation and delivering high-quality support. You thrive in a collaborative environment, can manage competing priorities, and enjoy improving processes and systems.
To be successful, you will have:
Experience in an administration, records management or coordination role.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic record management systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Experience within the housing, community services or not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
