We are Club Demonstration Services (CDS), the preferred in-house product demonstration service provider for Costco (think-Costco Samples). We create enagaging experiences for members through product sampling, demonstrations and promotions that help drive awareness and sales.

Position Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisors (Product Demonstrators) to join our team at Costco Coomera, QLD.
This is a Casual position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating excitement and brand awareness through product demonstrations and sampling events
- Prepare and present food and non-food vendor products
- Provide product samples and information to Costco members
- Explain product features, benefits, and uses
- Enagage with members ans answer product-related questions
- Encourage product purchases through informative and friendly interactions
- Set up and pack down demonstration areas
- Prepare product samples on scheduled event days
- Maintain a clean, safe, and unprofessional workspace
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy interacting with people and working in a team environment
- Are confident promoting products and engaging with customers
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills
- Can work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Have basic kitchen equipment knowledge including microwaves, ovens, and skillets
- Can stand for the duration of a shift (typically up to 6 hours)
Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, event marketing, or customer service is highly regarded but not essential.
RSA and/or Barista qualifications are advantageous but not required.
Availability Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be available to work:
- A rotating roster between 10:00am and 5:00pm
- Weekdays and weekends as required
- Regular casual shifts based on business needs

Work Eligibility:
Applicants must have FULL and UNRESTRICTED working rights in Australia.
Due to the roster requirements and operational needs of this position:
- Student Visa holders will not be considered
- Applicants with restrictions on the number of hours they can work will not be considered
- You must be legally entitled to work in Australia without work-hour limitations
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
