The role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Performance Coordinator to join our Corporate Development team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, customer-focused HR support across the organisation, ensuring smooth and compliant people processes.
You will play a key role in coordinating the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding while maintaining accurate HR systems, records and documentation. Working closely with managers and employees, you will provide trusted advice on HR processes, support workforce reporting, and help drive continuous improvement in policies, systems and practices.
