Ametz Group, trading as Access Support, is seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our growing allied health team as a contractor across Western Sydney.
This opportunity is ideal for Speech Pathologist who already work independently, operate as sole traders, or are looking to build their caseload around existing work, study or family commitments.
We offer the flexibility to choose your workload while providing access to a diverse caseload across the NDIS, paediatrics and aged care sectors.

About You
We are looking for a Speech Therapist who is confident working independently while also enjoying being part of a collaborative team.
To be successful, you will have:
- Current SPA registration
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech pathology
- An ABN and ability to work as an independent contractor/sole trader
- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check, WWCC, NDISWC
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent clinical documentation and report-writing skills
- A genuine passion for person-centred and strengths-based care
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own caseload, with some administrative support
- A commitment to professional standards, clinical quality and positive client outcomes
Experience across multiple areas of Speech Pathology is highly regarded. We welcome clinicians with experience in NDIS, paediatrics, disability, aged care, rehabilitation, functional assessments or community-based practice.
About the Role
As a mobile Speech Pathologist, you will provide services to clients in their homes, schools, workplaces and community settings across Western Sydney, with telehealth opportunities also available.
Your role may include:
- Speech, language and literacy assessments
- Swallow and communication assessments
- Assistive technology and equipment assessments
- Deliver evidence-based interventions in community settings
- Recommendations for appropriate supports and services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress
- Clinical reports and professional recommendations
- Liaising with families, support coordinators, carers and other health professionals
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support positive client outcomes
- Stay updated on the latest practices in speech pathology
