An Innovation Program Manager develops and manages incubation programs that support biotech and medtech startups. The role coordinates mentoring, networking events, training workshops, and industry partnerships while helping resident companies achieve commercialization milestones and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day incubation and accelerator programs.
- Coordinate mentoring sessions, workshops, and networking events.
- Build relationships with startup founders, investors, research organizations, and industry partners.
- Monitor startup progress and provide operational support.
- Develop and implement innovation initiatives to strengthen the incubator ecosystem.
- Manage program budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports on program outcomes for stakeholders and funding partners.
- Support grant applications and commercialization activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote incubator programs.
- Ensure programs align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
