The Opportunity
Shape decisions. Influence leaders. Build your IR career at scale. This is not a typical workplace relations role. We’re looking for a commercially minded Workplace Relations professional to step into a high-impact, enterprise-facing position where your advice will directly influence leaders, shape outcomes and support a business at the centre of healthcare across Australasia.
At EBOS Group, you’ll operate as a hands-on SME across complex ER and IR matters — from enterprise bargaining and disputes to workforce change, investigations and litigation risk. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, stay close to the work, and build deep expertise in a fast-moving, highly visible environment.

You will operate as a trusted adviser across the business, supporting leaders through complex, high-risk and business-critical workplace matters. You’ll move between legal interpretation, commercial advice and practical problem solving, working across the full ER/IR lifecycle with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.
In this role:
No two days are the same.
You’ll work across diverse business units, workforce types and industrial landscapes — advising on sensitive employee matters,
Supporting bargaining strategy, guiding change initiatives and helping leaders navigate complexity with confidence.
It’s a true SME role: high trust, high visibility, and hands-on delivery.
Partnering with HR Business Partners and senior leaders across the enterprise, as well as engaging with external counsel, unions and regulators.
Advising on employee relations, investigations, disputes and terminations
Supporting on enterprise bargaining, industrial strategy and union engagement
Management of litigation and regulatory matters
roviding guidance on restructures, redundancies and workforce change
Building trust and capability with leaders and HR teams
About you:
You’re a legally qualified Workplace Relations or Employment Law professional with strong experience in complex ER/IR environments. You are likely to have spent some time in a firm or inhouse ER Specialist teams. Your operating style is anchored in pragmatism and respect; you bring sound judgement, commercial thinking and the ability to translate legislation into clear, practical advice, and drive outcomes through robust discussions.
