Factory All-Rounder / Cabinet Maker’s Assistant
Full-time | 40 hours per week + 1 RDO per month

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated all-rounder to join our factory team. This role is hands-on and varied, involving cabinet making support, machine operation, and general workshop duties. Occasional site work will also be required.
This is a great opportunity for someone with basic experience in cabinet making or manufacturing who is looking to build their skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with cabinet assembly
- Laminating tasks
- Operating CNC machines and edge banding machines (training provided where needed)
- General factory and workshop duties
- Occasional on-site work when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role (basic level acceptable)
- White Card (preferred)
- Forklift licence (preferred)
- Knowledge of cabinet assembly and laminating
- Basic understanding or exposure to CNC and edge banding machines
- Driver’s licence (required)
- Ability to drive manual vehicles (strongly preferred)
- No personal tools required – all tools supplied by the factory
