About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Runner to join our casual team in Sydney. In this fast-paced role, you will be the heartbeat of the dining room, ensuring our premium French cuisine reaches guests promptly and professionally. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a major hospitality group.
Responsibilities

Promptly deliver food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to the correct tables.

Support waitstaff and the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow.

Maintain a professional, guest-focused approach at all times.

Assist with clearing tables and resetting the dining area as needed.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements

A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.

Proven ability to deliver a premium guest experience in a high-volume environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and a professional personal presentation.

Physical stamina to remain on your feet and move quickly during busy shifts.
