Cibaria Manly is one of Sydney's premier Italian dining destinations, located on the iconic Manly beachfront. Inspired by the Italian piazza, our all-day venue brings together a vibrant Caffetteria, Trattoria, Gelateria, Bar and Event spaces, creating a true European dining experience from breakfast through to late evening.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Casual Café All-Rounder to join our Caffetteria team.
Essential Requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or hospitality environment
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays
- Friendly, energetic and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Current NSW Food Handler knowledge (or willingness to obtain)
- Barista experience highly regarded
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy café environment
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and light food items
- Operate the POS and process customer transactions
- Restock display cabinets and retail products
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café, dining areas and coffee station
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
