Trade Show Sales Representative – Fine Food Australia 2026
YoloDuck Sweets Australia is a fun and growing confectionery brand. We are exhibiting at Fine Food Australia 2026 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) and are looking for an energetic and confident casual Trade Show Sales Representative to join us for the four-day event.
Dates & Hours
- Monday, 31 August: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Tuesday, 1 September: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Wednesday, 2 September: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Thursday, 3 September: 9:30 am – 2:00 pm
Pay: $40 per hour
What you'll be doing
- Proactively approach and engage visitors at our exhibition stand
- Introduce the YoloDuck brand and confectionery products
- Offer product samples and explain key product features
- Identify potential retailers, wholesalers, distributors and other buyers
- Ask relevant questions to understand visitors' businesses and buying needs
- Collect contact details and qualified sales leads
- Refer serious business enquiries to our company representative
- Help keep the stand welcoming, organised and energetic
About you
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable starting conversations
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Friendly and professional
- Reliable and punctual
- Sales-focused rather than simply handing out samples
- Previous sales, FMCG, food, retail, exhibition or trade show experience is highly regarded
Experience at Fine Food Australia or another B2B food/FMCG trade show would be a strong advantage.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, can quickly build rapport and is comfortable engaging with business buyers.
