Our world-class Convention Centre hosts up to 1,400 guests and is a sought-after destination for major Australian and international conferences and events. Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Public Area Attendant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this hands-on role, you will help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our public and back-of-house areas, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-presented environment for guests and team members.
You will take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a supportive team, and play an important role in upholding the resort’s presentation standards across all areas of the property.
What you’ll be doing:

Cleaning and maintaining public and back-of-house areas to hotel standards

Supporting stock control and ensuring proper use and storage of cleaning products

Following all safety and hygiene procedures when handling equipment and chemicals

Assisting with general housekeeping tasks including room support, houseman duties, laundry, and uniform areas

Responding to guest and team member requests in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications

Positive, friendly attitude with a strong focus on guest service

Physically fit and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and pride in presentation standards

Flexible, reliable, and available to work a rotating seven-day roster, including early morning and late evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
