Introduction:
Cater Care is seeking a Part Time Catering Assistant to join our team at Mayfield, NSW. In this role, you’ll assist with meal service and help create a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents.
Description:
Location: Mayfield NSW 2304
Roster: Monday & Tuesday 10:30am to 18:30pm
What This Role Involves:
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly
- Serve meals and snacks to residents with exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and operate dishwashing equipment in kitchen and dining areas
- Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Adaptable and versatile team player with a proactive, can-do approach
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Contribute to efficient daily kitchen operations
- Execute large-batch meal preparation with attention to quality and consistency
Skills and Experiences:
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
- Previous experience in medical/hospital sector would be well regarded
