About the Role
Southern Ocean Lodge is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team and deliver an exceptional dining experience in one of Australia’s most celebrated luxury lodge settings.
In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, guiding guests through a relaxed yet refined dining experience while ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation and attention to detail. You will work closely with the kitchen and leadership team to create a seamless and memorable guest journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the Food & Beverage team
- Delivering a high-quality, personalised dining experience
- Managing restaurant operations, including rostering and service flow
- Maintaining exceptional service and presentation standards
- Monitoring labour and operational costs
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
About You
You are a confident and engaging leader with a passion for food, wine and guest experience. You thrive in a premium environment and enjoy developing high-performing teams.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior F&B role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- A passion for guest service and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
