We have partnered with an established company within the gas and welding supplies industires, who due to continuous growth are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer for their Internal Sales Inquiries deparment. Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

$75k - $85k + Super Salary on offer

About the Role:
Provide customer service to trade, industrial and retail customers via phone and email
Process customer orderes on SAP and other systems
Prepare follow up quotations
Manage inbound sale enquiries and identify opportunities to upsell products
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Maintain accurate customer records and account information
Assist customers with product enquiries and stock availability
Assist to resolve customer enquiries and delivery issues
Process returns, credits and warranty claims
Monitor inventory levels and liase with purchasing
Work closely with external sales representatives
About You:
Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or administration within a industrial, trade or wholesale environment
Previous experience using SAP is essential
Strong communication and ability to build rapport
Strong time manangement skills and attention to detail
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word & Excel
