Hiring L1/L Desktop Support Engineer for Sydney
Must be Australian Citizen
We are excited to welcome an experienced and motivated Level 1 Support Engineer to our team. This FTE role will be a 5 days working from office. This role will suit an efficient, customer-focused engineer looking to grow with us as we expand our Global presence.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Required Duties & Skills:
· Standard 3rd level support, both rely and occasionally onsite
- Proficient in the following technologies:
o Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
o Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, RDS
o Office 365 and Azure AD
o Networking and firewalls
o Enterprise storage devices
o VOIP Telephony
o Backup and Recovery
o Virtualisation
Proficient in the following technologies:
· Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment and Network infrastructure.
· Understanding of network infrastructure, DC, DNS, DHCP, IP
· Windows OS Server and Client
· Solid understanding of switching and routing
· Familiar with windows installation, upgrading and troubleshooting.
· Onsite and offsite Backup monitoring
· Cloud technologies- Azure / AWS
· Advanced networking with understanding of Modem / Routers
