This position exists to keep product moving for our fencing and landscaping supply operations in Heathwood, and it suits someone who wants a long-term outcome with a clear casual-to-full-time pathway.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a high reach forklift to move stock safely around the warehouse
- Carry out picking and order replenishment to support dispatch priorities
- Complete the labouring component of the role, including repetitive physical tasks as required
- Assist with maintaining neat, organised staging areas for efficient workflows
- Follow work health and safety practices, including correct PPE and safe forklift operations
Requirements
- Forklift ticket and ideally at least 2 years high reach experience
- Comfortable with repetitive work and being on your feet for physically active tasks
- Happy to jump on and off the forklift as part of a 50/50 split between forklift and labouring
- Reliable attendance for Monday to Friday day shift (with overtime when available)
- Able to meet basic PPE requirements: steel cap boots, long pants, and hi-vis (short or long sleeve)
- Experience working in a warehouse environment where speed and accuracy both matter
