Immediate Start | Teacher Registration Required
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our leadership team immediately and take a key role in leading our Flying Start program and Quality Area 1 (Educational Program and Practice).
This is an exciting opportunity for an ECT who is ready to step into a leadership-focused position, contribute to continuous improvement, and work collaboratively with the Centre Leader and leadership team to support the day-to-day operations of the service.
About the Role
- Lead and implement the Flying Start program in line with South Australian expectations and frameworks
- Take responsibility for Quality Area 1 (QA1), ensuring strong planning, documentation, reflection, and practice
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Integrated Operational Plan
- Support the Centre Leader and leadership team with daily operational management
- Mentor and support educators to strengthen curriculum, pedagogy, and reflective practice
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and Exceeding NQS practices
About You
- Hold an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Current Teacher Registration is mandatory to apply
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Education and Care Services National Regulations
- Experience or strong interest in Flying Start and curriculum leadership
- Confident communicator with strong organisational and leadership skills
- Passionate about high-quality early childhood education and collaborative leadership

Pay: $26.99 – $50.95 per hour
