Job description
We are looking for a qualified Cook with at least two year's cooking experience in Indian cuisine
Roles:
- Cooking food for Function Centre & Outdoor Catering.
- Preparing ingredients and cooking sauces
- Have knowledge of Menu planning
- Ensure food safety and maintains hygiene
- Have the experience and capacity to train new cook and kitchen staff
Australian citizens and permanent residents preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 70k to 80K per year depending on experience
