We’re now seeking a Part Time Diploma or Certificate III Qualified Educator — or someone who’s currently working toward their qualification — to join our passionate team and make a real difference in children’s lives.
Where you’ll work
Harcourt Preschool utilises its close connections to community to their fullest potential through consistent engagement with the natural rural landscape and its valuing of community input into the learning outcomes of children. This role is perfect for any Educator looking for a new challenge and opportunity of engaging with children in a rural environment!
Role Details:
Diploma or Certificate III Educator
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00AM – 2:15PM
Maternity Leave Position: 23rd March 2026 – 24th December 2026
What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our teaching team, you’ll:
- Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
- A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and commitment to ongoing learning
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
