About the Role:
We are currently seeking a mature, experienced and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team in Bendigo. This casual position involves working closely with a young boy with Behaviours of Concern (BOC). The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours, the ability to implement behaviour support strategies effectively, and a calm, confident approach to challenging situations.
It is also essential that you can fit in well with the existing dynamic of workers in the home to ensure a consistent and supportive environment for the participant.
Pay: $39.00 – $45.00 per hour
Experience:
- Working with people with disability: 2 years (Preferred)
