We're looking for an experienced
Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team and manage end-to-end hiring across a diverse portfolio of roles. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys the pace and satisfaction of delivering successful hiring outcomes while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
You'll take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. While the primary focus is operational recruitment delivery, the role also offers exposure to a growing global organisation, including international hiring and the opportunity to broaden your talent acquisition capability over time.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager - People & Culture, you'll lead recruitment across a broad range of operational, trades, technical, professional, and leadership positions.
As a global business, our hiring activity extends beyond Australia. You'll also engage with international candidates, global stakeholders, and external recruitment partners to support hiring requirements across different regions and markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys owning the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring leaders, and gaining exposure to increasingly diverse and complex hiring challenges as their career develops.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment from requisition approval through to offer and onboarding
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities
- Facilitating recruitment briefing meetings and providing advice on candidate suitability and market availability
- Sourcing talent through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent pools, networking, and direct search
- Conducting candidate screening, interviews, and reference checking
- Writing engaging advertisements and managing recruitment campaigns
- Building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinating recruitment administration and maintaining accurate records within the ATS
- Delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting international hiring activities, including partnering with external recruitment agencies where required
- Contributing ideas and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency

What You'll Bring
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in-house, agency-side, or within a hybrid environment
- Proven success recruiting across a variety of role types, including operational, technical, trades, professional, or corporate positions
- Strong sourcing, talent identification, and candidate engagement skills
- Experience building trusted relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using modern ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined, process-driven approach
- A genuine commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience
We'd Love to See
- Exposure to international recruitment, global mobility, or hiring across multiple countries
- Experience working with offshore recruitment partners or international candidate markets
- Recruitment experience within mining, manufacturing, engineering, heavy industry, construction, or related sectors
- Curiosity, commercial awareness, and a desire to develop into broader talent acquisition responsibilities in the future
