About the role
Temporary full time and part time opportunities to contribute to practice and service development, innovation and activities that improve medicines management for patients accessing Pharmacy services, and that are aligned to organisational goals, professional, legislative and ethical standards.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Participate in development and implementation of pharmacist training programs across Queensland Health with clinical educator networks
Deliver high level clinical Pharmacy services within the rostered Pharmacy area and to the allocated multidisciplinary clinical unit/team in accordance with professional, legislative and ethical standards
Work cooperatively and effectively with multidisciplinary teams within and external to pharmacy, and with patients/carers, and actively participate and provide high level advice within this environment
Provide clinical practice supervision and clinical education to Pharmacy practitioners to ensure maintenance of professional clinical standards
