Laundry & Dry Cleaning Assistant
Acme Drycleaners is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Laundry & Dry Cleaning Assistant to join our busy team in Albany.
This is a part-time/casual position offering approximately 20–25 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Garment pressing and finishing
- Laundry processing
- Washing, drying and folding
- Customer service
- General cleaning and housekeeping
- Assisting with day-to-day operation of the business
About You:
- Mature, reliable and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn new skills
- Flexible with working hours when required
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Good time management and organisational skills
Experience in laundry, dry cleaning, hospitality, cleaning or similar industries will be highly regarded, however full training will be provided to the right applicant.
Requirements:
- Police clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
