The global Resources Sector is evolving at pace. Driven by the energy transition, decarbonisation targets and population growth, the industry continues to accelerate investment in discovering and developing new assets while optimising existing operations. From early-stage assessments through to closure, Jacobs partners with clients across the entire asset lifecycle to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.
As demand for our services continues to grow and our portfolio of secured projects and sustaining capital portfolios expands, we're growing ANZ Resources and seeking a Panel Manager to join the team.
As a Panel Manager, you'll play a key role in strengthening some of our most important client relationships across the Resources sector. You'll provide leadership across complex portfolios, framework agreements and panel arrangements, helping our teams deliver safe, high-quality outcomes while creating lasting value for our clients.
Working closely with clients, project teams and technical specialists, you'll oversee portfolio performance, guide strategic planning and support the development of opportunities that contribute to sustainable growth. You'll act as a trusted partner to clients, bringing together the right expertise, fostering collaboration and helping solve some of their most complex challenges.
This role offers the opportunity to lead across a diverse portfolio of studies and projects with a focus on governance, delivery assurance, commercial performance and continuous improvement. You'll work alongside Project Managers, Sections and Discipline Leads, Client Account Managers and our Global Integrated Delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with client expectations.
We're looking for someone with experience managing portfolios, panel agreements, programs of work or multidisciplinary project portfolios within resources, energy or related sectors. You'll bring commercial awareness, a client-focused mindset and an ability to build trusted relationships across a broad range of stakeholders. Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and contributing to business growth, opportunity development and account planning will be highly regarded.
At Jacobs, you'll join a team that values curiosity, inclusion and collaboration. Together, we're creating a more connected and sustainable world while supporting each other to grow, develop and make a meaningful impact.
