As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in helping Hostplus meet its regulatory obligations with accuracy, integrity and timeliness. You’ll contribute to the delivery of high-quality reporting that underpins strong governance, transparency and trust for our members.
Working within our Investment Operations team, you’ll support continuous improvement across regulatory reporting processes — helping us stay ahead of evolving requirements while driving efficient, consistent and compliant outcomes.

The opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team where your work will directly support key regulatory obligations and business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Support the preparation and submission of APRA and regulatory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver critical reporting outputs
- Contribute to ASIC disclosures, including fees and cost reporting
- Assist in interpreting regulatory standards and implementing reporting changes
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and enhance reporting processes
- Support risk management activities, including managing incidents, issues and compliance matters
- Engage with industry stakeholders and contribute to broader regulatory reporting initiatives
You’ll have the opportunity to build your expertise in a highly regulated environment while contributing to meaningful improvements across systems, processes and controls.
About you
You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You bring a strong control mindset and enjoy working with data to deliver accurate, high-quality outcomes.
You will bring:
- Experience in regulatory reporting, data analysis and/or process improvement (ideally within superannuation or financial services)
- Exposure to APRA reporting frameworks and regulatory standards
- Strong analytical capability, with experience working with large and complex datasets
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Well-developed communication skills and the ability to collaborate across stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills, with experience in Power BI highly regarded
- A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in automation and efficiency enhancements
