Experienced Secretary / Administration Assistant – Joinery Company
AZ Joinery is a growing joinery company based in Chipping Norton, NSW, and we are looking for an experienced and reliable Secretary / Administration Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails
* Managing schedules, appointments, and office administration
* Preparing and sending quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
* Reading and understanding joinery plans and drawings
* Assisting with project coordination and job tracking
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, builders, and trades
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
* General office and administrative duties
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administration or secretary role
* Experience within the joinery, cabinetry, or construction industry preferred
* Ability to read and understand joinery plans and drawings a MUST.
* Experience preparing quotations and invoices
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
