Your opportunity:
Provide strategic advice, analysis and planning support to the Principal and the Executive Management team in relation to financial planning and budgeting, human resource management, and facility and asset management.
Manage the strategic operations of the school to ensure operations are managed professionally to align with departmental priorities.
Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of school-wide corporate services and support the Principal with strategic planning and operational management.
Manage school finances, budgeting, reporting and financial compliance.
Lead human resource management, including recruitment, workforce planning, performance management and staff development.
Oversee facilities, assets, maintenance and project management, including contractors.
Review and improve systems, processes and business practices to support continuous improvement.
Provide strategic advice, analysis and data-informed recommendations to the Principal and Executive Team.
Lead change, innovation and operational improvement across the school.
Build strong partnerships with parents, government, community, industry and business stakeholders.
Develop opportunities for funding, marketing and commercial activities to benefit the school.
Promote high performance, accountability, good governance and quality service delivery.
