Growth & Relationship Manager

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Growth & Relationship Manager to help grow and strengthen our customer base across Australia.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, speaking with customers, visiting businesses, and identifying new sales opportunities. You will work closely with both new and existing clients within the apparel, promotional, uniform, merchandise, and printing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage existing customer accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and customer follow-ups
- Visit customers and build strong face-to-face relationships
- Introduce new products and ranges to customers
- Reactivate inactive or dormant accounts
- Work with decorators, printers, promotional companies, retailers, and uniform suppliers
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- Provide excellent customer service and account support
- Coordinate with internal sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Maintain accurate customer notes and sales activity records
About You
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident speaking on the phone and in person
- Positive, driven, and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Organised with good time management
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in apparel, promotional products, wholesale, or printing industry highly regarded
- Driver’s licence preferred for customer visits
