The Rostering Administrator provides efficient rostering services for our Home Support clients and their families. Working with the wider Home Support team, you will ensure services are delivered on time and match each client's needs and budget.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning service runs to reduce travel time and support staff.
Filling roster vacancies, handling service changes, and keeping client records up to date.
Using internal database and procurement systems like Smartbuy for ordering and billing checks.
Serving as a friendly point of contact for clients, family members, and support workers.

Previous experience in rostering or administration (desirable).
