We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock, inventory control, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently.

Load and unload trucks and containers.

Put away and replenish stock in racking systems.

Pick and stage orders for production and dispatch.

Conduct stock movements and inventory checks.

Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and RF scanning records.

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Ensure products are handled in accordance with food safety and quality standards.

Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Keep work areas clean and organised.

Current LF Forklift Licence (essential).

Proven experience operating high reach forklifts.

Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.

RF scanning and warehouse management system experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks when required.

Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.

Reliable transport and punctual attendance.
-
Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.

Food manufacturing or FMCG experience is highly regarded.
