We are seeking an experienced Level 1 and Level 2 Helpdesk Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to diagnose and resolve technical and hardware issues.
Qualifications

L1 and L2 Helpdesk Analyst experience
-
Experience in Microsoft Operating systems, M365 Services - Exchange online, SharePoint online, OneDrive, MS Teams, Office and Active Directory- Entra.

Experience in Microsoft 365 user management, configuration, and troubleshooting - L1- L2
-
Experience in VMware
- Experience in basic networking concepts including routers, switches, firewalls

Experience in VPN and remote access solutions
- Helpdesk ticketing systems experience
- Experience with endpoint protection products
- Experience in cyber security products

Experience in triaging incoming tickets & allocating tickets to the appropriate resources for resolution
- Experience resolving a range of Level 1 - 2 customer issues including password issues, access problems, phone configuration issues

Experience managing on boarding and off boarding of users in managed customer environments

Experience in patch management
