We're seeking full-time and casual Duty Managers / Supervisors to join our leadership team. With a hands-on, motivated management team, this is a real opportunity to build a long-term career in hospitality.
**About the role**
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll run shifts across the venue — overseeing the bar, gaming, restaurant service and TAB. You'll lead and support staff, deliver a high standard of customer service, manage cash handling and compliance, and help drive day-to-day trade.
**Essential**
- Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG competency cards
- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train a team
- Sound food and beverage knowledge
- High attention to detail, particularly around compliance and cash handling
- Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn and grow
**Highly regarded**
- Experience in a multi-revenue venue (gaming, TAB, functions)
