Key Responsibilities. Provide high quality care and supervision for children in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs appropriate to children’s developmental needs. Promote children’s physical, emotional, social, wellbeing and intellectual development. Maintain a safe, hygienic, and stimulating learning environment. Observe children’s progress and communicate effectively with families regarding their development. Assist children with meals, hygiene, rest and daily routines. Work collaboratively with educators, families and management.
