Cook Wanted: Industry Cafe (Eagle Farm)
Hours: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday (No weekends!)

About the Role
We are a busy, fast-paced industry cafe in Eagle Farm looking for a reliable, efficient Cook to run our morning and lunch service. You will be responsible for slamming out high-volume breakfast and lunch classics for a hungry tradie and local workforce crowd.
Your Daily Tasks
- Breakfast Rush: Smash out big breakfasts, perfect sunny-side-up eggs, and fluffy scrambled eggs.
- Lunch Prep & Service: Prep and cook burgers, schnitzels, roasts, and salads.
- Station Management: Work confidently across the grill, deep fryer, oven, and rice cooker.
- Grab & Go Prep: Keep the cabinet stocked with fresh toasties and wraps.
- Signature Items: Carve and serve our popular roast pork sandwiches.
What We Are Looking For
- Early Birds: You must be reliable and ready to start cooking at 4:00 AM sharp.
- Speed & Stamina: Experience handling high-volume breakfast and lunch rushes.
- Independent worker: Ability to manage your section, prep lists, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Local Transport: Due to the 4:00 AM start time, reliable personal transport is highly recommended as public transport is limited at this hour in Eagle Farm.
