About the Role
Grade 2 Pharmacist
We are seeking a part time Grade 2 pharmacist to contribute to our specialist pharmacy team's quality and patient care. Working Thursdays and Fridays 8.30-17.30 on a 16-month fixed term contract, this role offers the chance to develop clinical, operational, and interpersonal skills in a recently redeveloped state-of-the-art department.
This position is responsible for ensuring effective, efficient and personalised pharmacy service to the highest ethical, legal and professional standards within hospital policies and legal requirements.
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
- Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no restrictions
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience in an Australian setting
- Proven clinical pharmacy practice skills
- Ability to respond to medicines enquiries
- Interest in developing skills in ophthalmology and ENT
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Ability to commit to working Thursday and Fridays 8.30-17.30
