The Opportunity

We're seeking an agency-trained recruitment leader to take full ownership of our two NSW branches - a $40 million region with established blue-collar labour hire teams, strong client foundations, and significant headroom to grow.
This isn't a maintenance role. It's a mandate to set the pace, raise the bar, and build something that outlasts you.
With full P&L accountability, you'll shape strategy, drive commercial performance, and build a culture where high output is the expectation and the rewards reflect it. You'll operate with genuine autonomy, backed by national leadership, and make decisions that move the region forward.
