Reliable Nursing Agency is seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Support Worker to join our team. We are looking for candidates who are confident, capable, and able to perform their duties professionally and safely.
Job Duties
We are looking for someone experienced, attentive, and able to work long-hour shifts. Duties include:
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility, including safe use of hoists and other equipment.
- Manage bowel care and continence support as required
- Support clients with meal preparation, household tasks, and community participation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, promoting dignity and respect.
- Administering or assisting with medication (if required and permitted)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Support Worker, with experience supporting clients with high or complex care needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle hoists, and transfers.
- Fluent in Arabic and English to communicate effectively with clients.

Pay: $35.00 – $42.00 per hour
