Care Tribe Services is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing services for an aged care client in Camp mountain.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to clients in their homes while supporting their health, independence, and overall wellbeing.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration (Essential)
- Previous community or aged care experience (preferred)
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
- Full Australian working rights
