Tingtings is a fast-growing Australian eyewear brand looking for confident, energetic, and customer-focused team members to join our retail team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selections, processing sales transactions, and supporting the daily operations of the store. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and a good sense of fashion and current trends.
Our brand has a strong connection to modern Asian-Australian fashion and youth culture, so applicants who naturally understand our customer demographic, trends, and social media space will be highly regarded.
This role involves working across multiple Melbourne store locations. Flexibility to work at different stores is preferred, though we are happy to discuss location preferences with successful applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with product recommendations and styling
- Process cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Restock and organise inventory
- Support day-to-day store operations
- Work collaboratively with the team across different locations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong English communication skills
- Friendly, confident, and well-presented
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to speak another language is a bonus
