FIFO Chef based in WA and ready to go NOW?
We’re seeking proven Chefs who can step straight into fast-paced, high-volume camp environments across Western Australia. Must have bulk cooking experience able to cook for small and large teams.

The Role
You’ll be working in large-scale camp kitchens, delivering quality meals to high-volume crews.
Your day will include:
- Preparing breakfast, crib, lunch & dinner in bulk
- Buffet-style service for large numbers
- Managing dietary & cultural requirements
- Maintaining strict HACCP & food safety standards
- Keeping kitchens audit-ready & compliant
- Working across day/night/split shifts
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6 months BULK COOKING experience in Australia
- Currently living in Western Australia
- Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
- Proven high-volume/bulk catering experience
- Strong HACCP knowledge
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance (issued within 4 months – CLEAR)
- White Card
- Full Australian working rights
- Able to take short-notice FIFO swings
