About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Digital Marketing Lead on a 12-month maternity leave contract to lead the digital marketing strategy and execution across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the digital presence of one of the world's leading commercial real estate brands. Working closely with business leaders, marketing teams and global digital specialists, you'll drive digital strategy and campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, improve lead generation and deliver engaging customer experiences across multiple channels.
In addition to digital marketing, this role comprises digital operations including website and content updates, through to advising stakeholders on digital marketing processes. As the ANZ expert on social media strategy, you'll be at the forefront of delivering innovative digital solutions that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the ANZ digital marketing strategy aligned to business priorities and APAC objectives
Lead social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and market presence
Manage and optimise the Cushman & Wakefield website, including content, SEO, GEO and user experience
Identify SEM opportunities to maximise visibility and lead generation outcomes
Own the full email marketing ecosystem across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms, including campaign creation, user onboarding, business support and troubleshooting
Deliver campaign reporting, analytics, and ROI insights to key stakeholders
Support and maintain property marketing platforms and digital listing accuracy
Develop content marketing strategies that amplify market-leading research and insights
Provide digital and social media training across the business
Lead Canva adoption and champion AI-powered marketing innovation
Collaborate with marketing, business development, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
About You
5+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within property or financial services environments
Proven experience developing and executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge of website management, SEO, GEO, SEM, social media, CRM, and marketing automation
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud, Sitecore, CMS, Salesforce CRM, Concept email system or similar platforms (highly regarded)
Excellent copywriting, content development, and communication skills
Proactive, confident and happy to work autonomously within a collaborative team environment.
