For this Inclusion Support role, you must
Have a strong understanding of inclusive practice and a genuine belief that every child has the right to participate, belong and experience success
- Be confident in developing trusting, responsive relationships with children who may communicate, regulate, engage or learn in different ways
- Have experience supporting children with emotional regulation, sensory needs, communication differences and social participation
- Be confident using visual supports, predictable routines, sensory strategies, co-regulation and alternative communication approaches where appropriate
About You:
- An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current WA Working with Children's Check
- Current WA Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
- Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
- Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
