Casual Barista
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable barista who loves great coffee and enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment with at least 2 years experience in specialty coffee. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in quality, consistency, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee and other beverages.
- Provide warm, friendly customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked coffee station.
- Operate the POS system and process customer orders.
- Assist with food preparation and serving when required.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Support the team with opening and closing duties.
What We’re Looking For
- Atleast 2 year’s experience in specialty coffee with confidence dialing in espresso and texturing milk.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
