About the role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, this role suits a hands-on digital marketer who can manage campaigns end-to-end, coordinate stakeholders, review performance, and keep digital activity moving across multiple channels. You will work closely with brand, content, organic social, SEM, SEO, AI discovery, eDM, website, media agency and internal digital teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned to strategy, and optimised for performance.
Manage digital marketing activity across campaigns, always-on activity and key brand priorities.
Support SEO and content strategies that improve brand visibility, ranking and discoverability across Google, AI-powered search, answer engines and emerging digital discovery platforms.
Support the delivery of digital plans through an omnichannel approach across website, SEO, content, Google Ads, organic social, eDM, Amazon content and other key digital touchpoints.
Coordinate website updates, landing pages, content requirements and campaign assets.
Work with media agencies and internal teams to brief, review and optimise Google Ads activity.
Support the optimisation of product content across Amazon platforms, including product titles, descriptions, imagery, A+ content and keyword alignment.
Managing organic social content strategy and mentoring brand with planning, community engagement and performance review.
Review digital performance across GA4, Google Ads, organic social, eDM, website and reporting.
Turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
Support test-and-learn activity across creative, content, landing pages, audience targeting, organic social, eDM and content.
Manage timelines, briefs, approvals and stakeholder communication.
Ensure all digital activity is accurate, compliant, on-brand and aligned to campaign objectives.
Help improve digital processes, reporting standards and campaign delivery.
Full time in office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern beaches.
Skills and Experiences:
About you
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in the health and wellness industry or a related field
Demonstrated previous management experience essential
In-depth knowledge of (and ability to execute) digital marketing channels, including AI discovery, SEO, SEM, organic social, email marketing and content marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and external agency partners in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise to ensure quality delivery & meeting deadlines
Proactive, can-do attitude and passion for digital marketing
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as GA4, GSC, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software, and CMS.
