EverRise Logistics is an Australian logistics company partnering with one of Australia's largest e-commerce retailers to provide professional last-mile delivery services.
We are building a reliable, safety-focused delivery team for our Heathwood Delivery Station.
This is a direct employee position — not a contractor role. No ABN, delivery vehicle or fuel costs are required. We provide everything you need to succeed, including a company vehicle, fuel, uniform and paid training.
About the Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will:
· Deliver parcels safely and efficiently across Brisbane.
· Drive a company-provided delivery van
· Load and unload parcels
· Follow delivery routes using handheld technology
· Complete daily vehicle safety checks
· Provide excellent customer service
· Work independently with ongoing support from our Operations Team
This is an active role involving regular walking, lifting parcels, getting in and out of the vehicle and working outdoors.
Employment Options:
Full-Time Permanent
· Minimum 38 hours per week
· 4–5 shifts per week
· 9.5-hour shift
· Weekend shifts available
Part-Time Permanent/ Casual
· Flexible roster options
· 9.5-hour shift
· Weekend shifts available
Our operation runs 7 days per week.
What We Offer
· From $31-$33 per hour + penalties and overtime where applicable
· 12% super
· Saturday penalty rates (1.5x)
· Sunday penalty rates (2x)
· Overtime paid in accordance with the applicable Award

Essential Requirements
· Current Australian Full Driver Licence (No Learner or Provisional Licence)
· Applicants must be at least 18 years old
· Clean driving history record
· Valid Australian working rights
· Ability to communicate in English for workplace safety and customer service purposes.
· Able to pass pre-employment checks including:
o Criminal History Check
o Driving History Check
o Right-to-Work Verification
o Employment Reference Check
Previous delivery, courier or logistics experience is an advantage, but not essential.
