KingKira Group is a proudly Indigenous female‑owned, diversified organisation supporting Tier 1 clients across Western Australia. We are now seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team at our Applecross Head Office.
This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end processing of supplier invoices across the Group, ensuring costs and payments are captured accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will also provide valuable support to the wider Finance Team and contribute to continuous improvement across our financial processes.
You will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting smooth operational delivery across the business. A sample of responsibilities includes:
- Vendor Invoice Processing – approval checks, PO matching, and correct GL coding.
- Statement Reconciliation – resolving discrepancies and maintaining up‑to‑date supplier accounts.
- Supplier Account Management – credit applications, account setup, and record maintenance.
- Credit Limit Monitoring – initiating increases where required.
- Creditor Reporting – preparing ageing reports and supporting weekly cash‑flow forecasting.
- Bank & GL Reconciliations – including intercompany transactions.
- Trade Finance Support – monthly uploads and reconciliations.
- Corporate Card Administration – collating and allocating expenses.
- Supplier Relationship Management – responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process Improvement – contributing to efficiency and accuracy across finance workflows.

- Several years’ experience in accounts payable or a similar accounts role
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central (desirable)
- Relevant certificate, diploma, or business/administration qualification (desirable)
- Strong numeracy, analytical capability, and intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
