Our Team Leader / Supervisor role provides ambitious, self-motivated individuals with an opportunity to develop within a fast moving industry. The ideal candidate would be best in North Perth somewhere between Wembley and Greenwood.
The role is suitable for organised, highly professional individuals who have the ability to gain a full understanding of our companies philosophies and put it into practise within your region.
The role requires the ability to cover many different aspects including:
- Staff recruitment & Training
- Delivering and overseeing sports programs for children aged 5 - 12 years old
- Customer service
- Managing a team of sports coaches
- Managing your own day/week to ensure all KPI’s and Targets are met.
Hours approx 15 hours per week.
The role involves leading after school sports programs 5 afternoons a week.
