About the Roles
As an Early Childhood Educator, you’ll:

Create meaningful learning programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework
- Understand child safety practices and paramountcy principle
- Promote children’s voices, inclusion, and wellbeing every day
- Build strong, respectful connections with children, families & colleagues
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards
- Contribute to a culture of reflection, growth & teamwork
The Early Childhood Traineeship offers:
-
35-hour week, which includes dedicated time for study, you will work towards a Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Gain workplace skills and knowledge under the direction and support of a small team of passionate early childhood professionals.
- 12-month traineeship with the potential to transfer to a Diploma traineeship, or casual work upon successful completion
- An opportunity to provide education and care to children 0-5 years, assisting with the daily program, interacting with the children in structured programs and play, assisting with room set-up and routine activities.
